Yesterday, the completion of the legal aspects of the reorganization of state holding Svyazinvest on the basis of Rostelecom, was announced. The new operator, whose users number over 100 mln, is 53.2% owned by the state. Svyazinvest holding company will remain the holder of a 43.37% stake in the company.
