Svyazinvest to sign by August 2 agreement with AFK Sistema on the buyback of Sky Link stake, holding’s CEO saysITAR-TASS
Svyazinvest will sign by August 2 an agreement with AFK Sistema on the buyback of a stake in Sky Link. This news was announced today by the general director of Svyazinvest, Evgeny Yurchenko.
Mr. Yurchenko noted that the holding’s annual general shareholders meeting, which is scheduled to take place on July 12, is expected to approve this transaction and the agreement will be signed by August 2.
