Svyazinvest to buy back from VEB a 10% stake owned by the state corporationITAR-TASS
By the end of June Svyazinvest is to buy back from VEB a 10% stake owned by the state corporation. This news was announced today by the general director of the state holding Evgeny Yurchenko to an ITAR-TASS correspondent on the sidelines of the Saint Petersburg International Forum.
According to Mr. Yurchenko, the price of a share will be “at least RUR 230”. ‘An agreement with VEB should be signed by the end of June”, he noted, and went on to say that at issue are only the shares held by VEB. The equity stake held by DIA is a different matter with different conditions.
