Svyazinvest CEO Evgeny Yurchenko takes 0.4416% stake of common shares in Far East TelecomPrime-TASS
The Director General of Svyazinvest Evgeny Yurchenko has acquired a 0.4416% stake of common shares (0.7306% of charter capital) in Far East Telecom (ESPK). This news was reported in a statement issued by the company.
Prior to this acquisition Evgeny Yurchenko held 0% of Far East Telecom’s common shares.
Far East Telecom provides telecommunications services in the Primorsk, Khabarovsk, Amur, Kamchatka, Sakhalin regions and the Jewish Autonomous Region. The operator’s charter capital amounts to RUR 2,535,006,440 and is split into 95,581,421 common and 31,168,901 preferred shares. Far East Telecom’s main shareholder is Svyazinvest, which owns 50.6% of the company’s voting shares, and 38.2% of its charter capital).
Foreign investors own more than 25% of the company’s charter capital.
