Sibirtelecom received notification on October 21, 2009 that its series 08 bonds was included in the level-1 A Quotation List of the MICEX stock exchange.
The inclusion of the company’s bonds in the level-1 A Quotation List of Russia’s leading stock exchange confirms the stable position of Sibirtelecom as an issuer of securities, allows the company to expand the range of its investors, and also raise the liquidity of its bond issue.
For reference: Series 08 bond with interest-bearing nominal pay-to-bearer bonds with mandatory centralized custody (state registration number 4-08-00195-Àdated July 3, 2008). The total value of the bond is RUR 2 bln, the number of bonds is 2 mln with a par value of RUR 1,000 each. The arranger of the issue is Promsvyazbank, and the consultant is TatInK investment company.
At present Sibirtelecom’s series 06 bond is also in circulation.
