On June 30, 2007 a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Svyazinvest (hereafter, the Company) was held at which the following persons were in attendance:
- Sergey Alexeyevich Drozdov, senior vice-president and manager of the proprietary complex of AFK Sistema;
- Mikhail Alexandrovich Leschenko, advisor to the RF telecom minister;
- Konstantin Valerevich Malofeev, managing partner of direct investment fund Marshall Capital Partners;
- Marlen Djeraldovich Manasov, member of the board of directors pf UBS Bank;
- Sergey Vladimirovich Pridantsev, president of Comstar-OTS;
- Leonid Dodojonovich Reiman, advisor to the President of the Russian Federation;
- Ivan Ivanovich Rodionov, professor of state university Higher School of Economics;
- Nikita Dmitrievich Ryauzov, managing director of MDM Bank.
The items on the agenda of the meeting included the new edition of the draft Charter and the Statute on the Board of Directors of the Company. The following decisions were adopted on the above issue:
1. To instruct the Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company to examine proposals on the new edition of the draft Charter and the Statute on the Board of Directors of the Company, which were received from members of the Board of Directors.
2. To submit for the review of the Board of Directors the issue of the new edition of the draft Charter and the Statute on the Board of Directors of the Company in view of recommendations made by the Corporate Governance Committee.
The Board of Directors also reviewed other issues concerning the Company’s internal activity.
