Svyazinvest: information statementInformation statement
An extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of Svyazinvest (hereafter, the Company), which was scheduled for September 22, 2011, was not held due to the lack of a quorum. The following issues were included in the EGM agenda:
• to terminate prematurely the powers of members of the board of directors of Svyazinvest;
• to elect members of the board of directors of Svyazinvest.
On September 23, the board of directors of the Company will examine by absentee voting the issue of convening a repeat extraordinary meeting of the shareholders on October 17, 2011 with the same agenda.
