Holding company"s structure
To date, OJSC Svyazinvest has a voting majority in seven mega-regional companies (OJSC CenterTelecom, OJSC North Western Telecom, OJSC VolgaTelecom, OJSC Southern Telecom Company, OJSC Uralsvyazinform, OJSC SibirTelecom, OJSC Dalsvyaz), as well as OJSC Central Telegraph, OJSC Dagsvyazinform, OJSC Rostelecom and OJSC Giprosvyaz. In addition, OJSC Svyazinvest has minority interests in Moscow City Telephone Network (MGTS - 28% of the voting shares), OJSC Kostroma GTS (37% of voting shares).
Svyazinvest also owns 1.22% of shares in commercial bank SvyazBank, 8.95% of United registration company, 25%+ 1 share of Svyaz, a finance company, 0,5% of RTKommRu, a leading IP service company, and is the founder of OJSC Mobile Telecommunications (MobiltEl), OJSC StartKom, etc.
